WE DO NOT REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITHOUT HAVING A VIDEO OF UNBOXING IT.
We do not replace a product that has been claimed and stated to be damaged without a video of it being unboxed. We always make sure that our products are well packed because we receive multiple orders from our customers. We always make sure that your product will arrive according to how it was packed. We have a video of your product being packed before it was sent to the delivery centers. If the customer provides an unboxing video, we will provide a replacement product.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING STOLEN OR FAILED TO BE DELIVERED PRODUCTS
In our company, we always make certain that your ordered products are properly packed and sealed before we deliver them. We always film ourselves packing the products before delivering them, which is why the delivery person is required to take a photo of the product being delivered to the customer. If a customer claims that their products were stolen or were not delivered, we need proof from our delivery man because they always take a photo of the products being delivered. If it is true that it was not delivered and they have confirmation that it was not delivered, we will replace the product automatically.
THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY, BUT WE CAN REPLACE THE ITEM.
In accordance with a defective product, we do not offer refunds, but we can replace the item and please make sure to include a video of the item being unboxed. We can then take immediate action to replaces the item. Please keep in mind that, we will replace the item with the same item that you purchased.
